As both a design and build construction company, Granny Flats WA undertakes the whole process from on site design and consult, professional drafting, council approvals, full construction, painting and decorating and in most cases air-conditioning.

All additions catering from a simple 3m x 3m bedroom addition, ensuite additions, games room additions right up to extensive renovation and addition work priced up to $500,000.
We build with mostly steel frame and double brick, however we are able to customize from any available products as requested and preferred by our clients. We design and consult to build both budget additions or fully integrated seamless additions to a home.

Steel frame room additions can be completed in as little as 6 weeks. Adding a bathroom can add another 2 to 3 weeks. Building in brick will extend the time of the build due to more trades being involved.
